The sliding table module is one of the essential and important transmission parts of automation equipment, which is often used on mechanical arms to replace manual work in dangerous and dusty places. So what will happen when the sliding table module is used?
1. The wiring problem of the induction switch of the sliding table module, the photoelectric switch will be damaged due to the reverse connection of the positive and negative poles, and the photoelectric switch is a wearing part, so pay attention to it when wiring.
2. The voltage of the photoelectric switch is unstable, resulting in overvoltage damage, so the photoelectric switch can't share power with other parts, otherwise the back electromotive force caused by the motor or overload load will cause the voltage to fluctuate greatly and burn the photoelectric switch.
3. The load of the sliding table module is greater than the application range. When selecting the sliding table module, you should refer to the transportable load data in the selection manual. Excessive load will cause the sliding table module to be damaged.
4. The acceleration and speed of the sliding table module have not changed in the long stroke. When the stroke is long, the running speed should be changed according to the share, otherwise it will cause resonance or sharp high-frequency noise, and the accuracy and service time will be reduced.
5. The steel belt of the sliding table module is artificially squeezed and worn. For the fully enclosed sliding table module, the flexible steel belt can't be pressed heavily, which will cause the steel belt to wear and the dustproof function will be accelerated.
